RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because each Juke & Ember candle is handcrafted and made in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, fragrance preferences, or natural variations in handcrafted products.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Juke & Ember Candle Co.

Juke & Ember Candle Co. reserves the right to review each damage or order issue individually.

Each Juke & Ember candle is handcrafted in small batches with attention to detail, character, and scent. Because our candles are individually crafted, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and appearance may occur. These natural differences make each candle uniquely yours.

Candle Care: Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn. For sculptural candles, we recommend placing the candle on a heat-safe tray or dish to catch melted wax.
